TERMS & CONDITIONS: FOOD ON Q LTD PREMIUM PASS

We (Food On Q Ltd) provide our premium pass with the following terms and conditions.

1. THE SERVICE

Our Premium Pass is a monthly subscription plan that provides the user with access to an unlimited amount of orders with a $0 delivery charge, for a monthly subscription fee. Each user will be provided with their own personal premium passcode to enter on our website or APP, which will redeem the subscription discount.

2.  AVAILABILITY

Our Premium pass is available to any user with a valid Food On Q user account in the following areas 

  • Queenstown CBD
  • Queenstown Hill
  • Frankton
  • Fernhill
  • Sunshine Bay
  • Arthurs Point
  • Kelvin Heights
  • Five Mile
  • Shotover Country
  • Lower Shotover
  • Lake Hayes
  • Bridesdale
  • Jacks Point

3. PAYMENT

The amount of $34.99 will be deducted on a monthly basis from the bank account used to sign up for it. The payment will be a monthly recurring payment from the date originally purchased.

4.  USAGE

Each premium pass user will be assigned their own personal premium passcode to use on our platform, along with a digital membership card. The membership card must be displayed to our delivery drivers upon delivery of your order to validate your membership.

This premium code will be assigned to their individual account and is valid for that account only. If a premium user attempts to use their code with a separate account, or cannot display a valid membership card upon delivery, Food On Q Ltd reserves the right to cancel the subscription instantly.

5.  OUR LOCAL BUSINESS PARTNERS & OFFERS

Each Premium pass member will have access to the exclusive offers and discounts provided by our local business partners. To claim the deal/offer a valid premium digital membership card must be displayed to redeem. Each deal/offer is subject to change at the businesses discretion and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6.  TERM & CANCELLATION

The Food On Q Ltd Premium Pass is a rolling monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time. To cancel the subscription an email must be sent to premium@foodonq.nz

Upon cancellation of the subscription, there will be no refunds issued. The subscription will simply last for a month from the last date a payment was made.

7.  SERVICE 

The Food On Q Ltd Premium Pass is directly linked to our main service and all terms and conditions stipulated for us as a company as a whole, apply through this subscription.
